Cancellation & Refund Policy
Our standard policy for hotel & transport cancellations:
- Reservation must be cancelled before 21 days from the date of arrival for free cancellation.
- Reservations cancelled between 21 days to 14 days from the date of arrival will incur a fee equivalent to 50% of accommodation charges.
- Reservations cancelled within 7 days from the date of arrival will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to the entire length of stay (100%).
